Responsible for the administrative procedures under the competencies listed below of the offices, pursuant to L. no. 241/1990 as amended and the regulations of the Southern High School
- Skills:
– takes care of the preliminary investigation related to participation in submission initiatives for calls for research projects, funded by the EU and other national and international bodies, and related reporting;
– Takes care of the organization and management of library activities;
-cares for the student secretarial service (ordinary students and PhD students) and the management of their careers including periods abroad and in cotutela for PhD students;
– takes care of the preliminary investigation related to the selection procedures of ordinary students and PhD students;
– Takes care of the preliminary investigation related to the planning of Educational Offerings;
– handles the investigation related to the management of scholarships and study awards;
– Support for the organization and management of̀ educational activities (invitations, seminars, educational visits, etc.);
– Handles the investigation related to the accreditation of doctoral courses and management of related databases;
-takes care of the preliminary investigation related to the funding of doctoral fellowships including the drafting of the relevant Agreements;
– Governance support in strategic planning and programming and indicator monitoring;
– Support for the activities of the Evaluation Board, the Quality Presidium and the Joint Students and Teachers Committees, with special reference to information processing, report preparation and organization of activities;
– Support for the management of key evaluation processes, including those related to teaching, research, services and organizational well-being, VQR procedures and Quality Management System;
– handles the preliminary investigation related to the School’s initial and periodic accreditation procedures;
– Support for the School’s internationalization process;
– Management of exchange agreements and programs;
– Management of European mobility programs;
– Management of entry and stay procedures for international guests (students, researchers, contractors and visiting professors);
– Management of intellectual property protection activities and exploitation of research results;
-takes care of the preliminary investigation related to project proposals pertaining to the Third Mission and related management and reporting at the regional, national and international levels;
-care of self-protection proceedings, with regard to procedures under their jurisdiction;
– Support in the management of the transparent administration section for the aspects of competence.
– takes care of the telematic management of the document flow pertaining to the organizational unit with signaling, classification and protocol registration for outgoing mail;
– Management of the centralized databases (internal and external) of competence.
